Srishti Foundation

Srishti Foundation, a trust was formed and registered with the Registrar under Societies Registration Act, 1860, on 21-Jul-2012 for the objects outlined in the Memorandum of the Trust, reproduced in the Annexure-1 to the Application.

The Trust has been duly registered under Section 12AA(1)(b)(i) of the Income Tax Act vide Hon'ble Commissioner of Income Tax, Jalandhar II, Jalandhar Order No.: 328, dated: 24-May-2012.

Aims And Objects Of The Trust:

  • To provide for education of the poor and needy and strive for improvement of the quality of education for the under privileged. To establish, run, support and grant aid of the other financial assistance to the schools, colleges, libraries, reading rooms, universities, laboratories, research and other institutions of the like nature and also for the development and advancement of education and diffusion of knowledge amongst the public in general.
  • To strive for betterment of health of the underprivileged section of the society and on the masses. To establish, develop, maintain and grant aid in cash or in kind to hospitals and other civic amenities for the betterment of the society.
  • To establish, maintain or grant aid to homes for the aged, orphanages or other establishments for the relief and help to the poor, needy and destitute people, orphans, widows and aged persons.
  • To aim at the reduction of problems and prevention of problems arising from lack of cleanliness and promote green and cleaner environment. Plantation of trees and saplings etc.
  • To work for overall development of children by establishing, maintaining and running studentships, scholarships and render other kind of aid to students including supply of books, stipends, medals and other incentives to study, without any distinction as to caste, colour, race, creed or sex.
  • To make people aware of the various income generating and saving schemes.
  • To provide better education and training facilities for the needy with the aim of making self reliant and independent.
  • To understand and analyze the social economic, physical and emotional needs of street children.
  • To make the people aware of their rights and duties.
  • To undertake social welfare activities.
  • To conduct educational development activities.
  • To work for empowerment of women's and children's welfare.
  • To provide medical aid by supplying medicines to needy patients.
  • To provide food, shelter and medical aid to women and children in distress.
  • To work for the overall welfare of children protest against exploitation of children.
  • To run a nutrition programme for adolescent girls and pregnant women.
  • To provide self development and vocational training to children.
  • Empowering children of today so they grow into self-sufficient adults of tomorrow who might one day change the future of India and possibly the world.
